I purchased a product I don't like or cannot use. Can I return it for a refund?

We cannot issue refunds on digital files as there is no way to guarantee their return or that they will no longer be used after downloading. If a file is defective, we will gladly exchange it for another. Coupons will be issued for the amount of the defective file which can then be applied toward other products.

If a file has not been downloaded, we will issue a refund or exchange for another product.
