Desklet does not stay where I place it on desktop

When you exit Weather Pulse the position of the desklet will be stored by the program. Try loading up Weather Pulse, put the desklet where you want it, then exit Weather Pulse. When you load Weather Pulse the next time, the position of the desklet should be where you want it.
