I having been using weather pulse for several years. Last week I learned that I had to make a donation to download weather pulse, which I did. Receipt #4890-0004-5315-3210. I downloaded the program however when I went to use it (daily foreast) it said "invalid partner". So I removed the program from my computer. When I tried to reinstall, it looks like I would have to make another donation. What can you do to help me?
