News View Expert was designed to make editing the news on your site as simple as possible.
News View is the flash component that displays the news on your site from a simple XML based
file. News View Expert allows the quick and easy editing and adding news to this file from the
convenience of your Windows desktop.

This release includes News View and News View Expert, everything needed is included with this release.

If you already have News View, I would suggest the News View Expert Lite version.  The News View Expert Lite version includes the same News View Expert software but without the added cost of the  News View files.
